Userware

This is the computer user, the facilitator, traditionally called the humanware (organoware/lifeware).

He is the manager of the other components of the the system (both software & hardware).

Human are not similar in their skills, knowledge, abilities, characteristics, capabilities, needs, interest...  which indicates that they cannot use the computer the same way.

Computer user may be named any name ranging from the casual users (who are only in need of computer services but lack knowledge of the computer) to novice to expert termified by names such as programmers, coders, noobs, hackers, designers, artists, typists, engineers, fixers,....

Some software have user-friendly interface (meaning that they were specifically designed to suit certain set of users/designated users). You might come by the term "WYSIWYG" [What you see is what you get]. A typical reference is users with hearing/visual impairment need a type of software/hardware that will complement their condition.

It must be noted that the place of management has gone beyond the realm of humanity with the trend of development of AUTOMATION technologies & artificial intelligence.

We now have bots (software) and robot (hardware) performing the role of human. This is why traditional name such as humanware/organoware/lifeware are overruled by generic terminologies like USERWARE implying that computer manager also comprises thing and not only human.
